Refund Policy for Product Purchases

General Policy

All product purchases are final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we offer the following refund options based on the condition of the product and timing of your request.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds:

You may request a full refund if you return the product within 7 days of delivery and:

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging
  • All accessories and documentation are included
  • The product has not been damaged due to misuse
  • You have the original receipt or order confirmation

Partial Refunds:

Returns made between 3-5 days after delivery may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 60% of the product price) depending on the condition of the product and reason for return.

No Refunds:

Returns made less than 2 days before the warranty expiration are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Products with missing accessories or packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products returned after 7 days
  • Digital products or services already consumed
Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely and ship to our return address
  5. For eligible requests, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item
  6. Once approved for refund, the amount will be credited within 10-15 working days to your original payment method
Order Cancellation by Merchant

In the event that an order is canceled by Padmavati Telecom due to stock unavailability or other reasons, you will be notified via email or phone, and you will receive a full refund of your payment, including any processing fees.

Refund Methods
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-7 business days
  • UPI and digital wallet refunds are typically instant
Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for items lost in return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Transfer of Products

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Warranty Claims

For products under manufacturer warranty, we will facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer. This may include repair, replacement, or refund as per the manufacturer's warranty terms.
