  • We ship to all locations across India
  • Shipping is available Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day
  • All shipments are insured against loss or damage

Our shipping charges are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location:

Local Delivery (Bangalore)

₹100 - ₹200

Same-day or next-day delivery available

Note: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.

For customers in Bangalore, we offer fast local delivery options:

Same-Day Delivery

Order before 2 PM and receive your product the same day

Additional ₹150

Next-Day Delivery

Order anytime and receive your product the next business day

Additional ₹100

Local delivery is available within 25 km radius of our store location. Delivery charges may vary based on distance and product size.

International Shipping

Currently, Padmavati Telecom ships only within India. We are working on expanding our services to international locations.

Missing or Lost Products

We take full responsibility for ensuring your order reaches you safely. If you haven't received your order:

Use the tracking number provided to check the current status of your shipment. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered but left with neighbors or building security.

Step 2: Contact Us Immediately

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it's been more than 10 business days since dispatch, contact us immediately:

We will initiate an investigation with our courier partner. During this process:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
